Jake Smith serves as the Vice President for FM & HVAC Recruitment Inc, stationed in San Diego, California, USA. Prior to this role, Jake held the position of Managing Consultant for the HVAC Group in the UK, overseeing the London & Southern Regions. Demonstrating effective leadership and recruiting skills within that capacity, Jake has now taken the helm of his own team and is spearheading the development of our US subsidiary, under the guidance of Jack Hughes.
